Piyush Gandhi is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the University of California, Santa Cruz, specializing in development and environmental economics. His research focuses on air pollution reduction, the impact of government policies on industrial pollution, and sustainable resource management. As a CCCR fellow, he works on projects related to sustainable groundwater management and climate change mitigation and adaptation.
